Good features, easy setup
I bought the Plus Plan last week to get Recurring Donations and the Donor Wall. The setup was pretty straightforward on my WordPress site. I had a small question about styling the Donor Wall, so I used their support chat. They got back to me in about an hour with a link to a helpful knowledge base article. Everything is working as expected so far. Delivery was instant since it's a plugin. Quality seems good, no bugs yet.
Great value, good sale

Mostly good, minor issue
I purchased the Agency Plan because I needed all the add-ons, especially the Tributes and Funds and Designations for a few client sites. The installation was smooth across the different sites I tested it on, and the features are robust. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about licensing for multiple domains. My only minor gripe was that one of the add-ons, the Currency Switcher, took a little more configuring than I expected to get it looking just right on a custom theme. But once I got it sorted, it worked well. Overall, a solid product with good support, just a small hiccup with one specific feature.
